Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These T&Cs govern sales made on fahsishop, operated by Yassine Chaoui, Rue Van Meyel 22, 1080 Brussels — VAT: BE 0740.646.567.
Article 2 — Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. fahsishop reserves the right to cancel an order if stock is unavailable or information is incorrect.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are in euros, inclusive of Belgian VAT. They may be modified at any time; products are invoiced at the price applicable at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, via credit card, PayPal or Mollie. All transactions are SSL-secured.
Article 5 — Delivery
Dispatch: 1-2 business days. Delivery: 3-5 business days.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
Under Belgian and European law, you have 14 days from receipt to return your order, penalty-free. Items must be returned in original condition.
Article 7 — Disputes
Belgian law applies. Competent jurisdiction: courts of Brussels.
